Part-time Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 4 pm - 8 pm
- Greet Visitors upon arrival to the community.
- Professionally handle all phone calls and route callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner.
- Offers refreshments to visitors.
- Ensure pertinent information is gathered from visitors.
- Greet all residents, associates, and visitors with a warm smile and pleasant tone of voice.
- Responds to resident requests in a timely manner.
- Acts as concierge for residents (calling taxi's, handling telephone and/or cable TV problems, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.)
- Keep Lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash.
- Overseas common bathroom for cleanliness.
- Report any mal-functioning to maintenance.
- Responds to marketing inquiries.
- Represents the community with a positive attitude and pride when interacting with potential residents and families.
- Assists with clerical work for all departments.
